Flashes of gold
I was pleased to see the goldfinch enjoying sunflower seeds from the feeder and berries from the bushes in our backyard this week. Snow and cold weather usually brings them around.

A new view every day
I never grow tired of walking down our country road. The ever changing sky seldom disappoints with new and beautiful scenes to gaze at in wonderment.

Storms
A line of severe storms came rolling through West Tennessee today. Shortly before sunset, the sky turned a strange orange color as the sound of a tornado siren sounded nearby. This is certainly not our typical December weather.
Hope is a ray of sunshine breaking through the clouds after a storm. Faith is knowing there are more where that one came from. ~Linda Poindexter
