There’s something comforting about looking out across the field and seeing the strong, towering arms of the oak trees stretching heavenward. Their strength and beauty often serve as a source of wonder and inspiration for me.
“When we long for life without difficulties, remind us that oaks grow strong in contrary winds and diamonds are made under pressure.” ~Peter Marshall
And you’ve captured the oaks beautifully backlit by the sun. Great quote, and oh, so true.
Thanks, Patti!
Absolutely stunning, Rebecca!
I’ve loved your posts and photos, and I rely on emails to blogs because I cannot keep up with my “Reader” following, it gets to crazy! I don’t see a ‘Subscribe to Follow by Email’ on your site. Do you have a widget for that? I need it! :))))
Thanks so much, Donna! I don’t have a widget set up, but I’m told that if you will sign out of your blog and then push “follow” on my blog, it will ask for your Email and you can subscribe that way. Let me know if that doesn’t work.
Hi Rebecca, I did try to log out and then follow but it didn’t work. I’m not real savvy with wordpress and I’ve been using it for several years, lol. I’m going to try to figure it out again, promise! 🙂
I know the feeling. I would add a widget, but I am “WordPress challenged”. I’ll try to get one added in time. 🙂
I’m glad I’m not the only one, so many seem to know what they are doing on WP! lol
