If you take a walk down our country road at this time of year, you are certain to see numerous hungry caterpillars wandering among the plant life in search of food to satisfy their voracious appetites.
“Stay hungry. Stay foolish. Never let go of your appetite to go after new ideas, new experiences, and new adventures.” ~Steve Jobs
How odd,I would of thought the caterpillars would of all been done by now & flying south? What kind of butterfly do they turn into to? I guess because your much further south the cycles would be altered due to temperature?
We’ve had a very hot and humid summer and it’s still in the 90’s this week. I’m certainly looking forward to cooler temperatures coming our way! I’m not sure what kind they are, but I’m guessing they are moth caterpillar.
What a variety!
Such pretty colours of sienna.
You have to love this time of year when all the colors begin to pop, even in small things.
