Were it not for his croaking noise, you might have missed him. I hear croaking noises by bullfrogs at Council Point Park and there are lily pads, but I’ve never seen one of those frogs sitting on a lily pad or anywhere else for that matter.
They are hard to find. It is helpful when they are making noise, but this one was was being very quiet. I have to give my husband credit for spotting him in the maze of duckweed.
