Love these weathered beauties. If only walls could talk, imagine the stories they could tell. The
Yes, there’s so much family history behind each!
Your quote sure is right Rebecca – old places have soul. If those walls could talk, they could all tell a story, especially that first one ….
I’m sure they were once the hub of the all that went on on the farm. Yes, the first one does seem to have a character all its own.
Old buildings have such charm. Love the colours of weathered boards, rusty tin, and weathered hinges!
Thanks, Jane! Me too!
Absolutely gorgeous! So inspiring. I need to get out to the country to paint again! Thank you for sharing your amazing photography! ❤ ❤
Thanks, Lynn! Barn paintings are always a hit with me! I love to drive around and see the old barns. Unfortunately, many are no longer used and are falling apart. So much of the country charm of our area will be gone if these old barns no longer stand.
Beautiful, old barns! I love seeing and photographing them too.
They never fail to stop me in my tracks. 🙂
Thank you for sharing. For some reason I cannot make your like button work for me.
Sorry to hear the button doesn’t work. Thanks for your kind words.
